We have a unique key-worker system, where our keyworkers’ stay with the group throughout their nursery journey, from settling in sessions as babies, right through to when they transition to school. 

The whole group move with their keyworker at the same time, thus providing a really safe and secure emotional environment for each child.  This ensures a strong bond between the family and nursery enabling us to really get to know each individual child. 

 Keyworker groups are based on academic school years, right the way through nursery to give children the security of keeping the same peer group and friends with whom they will make their first steps into school life and beyond.
